1. Refund and Cancellation Eligibility:

  • Requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled trip start time.
  • Refund requests will not be considered once the 24-hour window before the trip has passed.
  • Only the person who made the booking can request a refund or cancellation.

2. Refund Process:

  • Refund requests made within the specified 24-hour window will be processed promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Process:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within the 24-hour window will not be accommodated.

4. No-Show Policy:

If a customer fails to show up for the booked excursion without prior notice within the stipulated timeframe, no refunds or rescheduling options will be available.

5. Weather and Safety Concerns:

  • In the event that we have to cancel an excursion due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse weather conditions, or safety concerns, customers will be notified promptly.
  • In such cases, customers will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule.
